Stepping Up Community Meetings are being hosted by the Extension Department and Innovation and Enterprise Centre staff, working in collaboration with Engage Nova Scotia, to address many of the social and economic issues facing northeastern Nova Scotia, and all of rural Nova Scotia, as outlined in the One Nova Scotia report. The initial Stepping Up event was held June 16th with 42 participants and a follow-up session was held to discuss the challengesĀ identified in the first session, and to begin the process of identifying priorities and actions to address them. Ā The meetings are open to everyone and will be posted on the Event Calendar.
